Know Before You Go

To protect our fans, employees and team and to align with league standards, a restricted bag policy is in place at BMO Field. This policy will reduce contact between security staff and patrons’ items as well as inhibit the introduction of prohibited items to the venue.

MLSE strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags, but fans will be able to carry the following into MLSE events and facilities:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 30.5cm x 16cm x 30.5cm (12”x6”x12”)
  • No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag. The bag must be all clear.
• 3.8L (1 gallon) clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar).
• Bags smaller than 16.5cm x 11.5cm (6.5”x4.5”), with or without a handle or strap – small clutch bag

Fans carrying bags that do not meet the criteria WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRY. If for any reason (medical or other) you require a bag that does not adhere to the bag policy, entry will be permitted subject to contacting MLSE for security inspection.

All tickets for BMO Field events will be delivered digitally and will be scanned from fans’ mobile devices at the arena to maintain a contactless fan experience.

Tickets can be accessed through the Toronto FC or Toronto Argos mobile apps. Any tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be accessed through the Ticketmaster mobile app.

BMO Field is a Mask-Friendly Venue. While face coverings are no longer required in accordance with the latest public health regulations, they are strongly encouraged while indoors (i.e. clubs and elevators).

BMO Field is a fully cash-free venue that only accepts debit and credit cards, including major contactless and mobile payment methods, for a safe and speedy check out. We no longer accept cash.

Our Guest Services Team can be found at three locations within BMO Field.

Our flagship location, a customized trailer, is located within Gate 1 and doubles as a quiet area room for those looking for a space to pray, nurse, or to take a few minutes away from the game.

Our Guest Services team is also located on the concourse by Gate 3, and across from Section 207 on the 500L upper concourse.

Guest Services Representatives are available to assist you with ticket and seating issues, lost and found, lost children, stadium directions as well as general inquiries and concerns. Fans who have any questions or concerns can visit one of these locations, or text our Guest Assist Line at 647-933-5354.

BMO Field is offering inclusive gender-neutral washrooms on all levels of the stadium. Please see below for a full list of gender-neutral washroom locations.

BMO Field will employ enhanced cleaning practices in line with the WELL Health Safety Rating recommendations. 

SC Johnson is BMO Field’s Official Disinfection partner and they will be supplying the venue with Disinfectant Fantastik® Original All-Purpose Cleaner and Scrubbing Bubbles® Disinfectant Bathroom Grime Fighter products to be used throughout the stadium. 

SC Johnson Professional InstantFOAM® alcohol hand sanitizer stations and Refresh™ Clear FOAM hand wash will also be available through the venue.

MLSE will continue to monitor local health and safety trends (including those related to COVID-19) and will comply with any protocols mandated by local governments going forward.  Check back often for updates as protocols and guidelines are subject to change.

Masks - BMO Field is a Mask-Friendly Venue. While face coverings are not currently required in accordance with the latest public health regulations, they are strongly encouraged. 

Vaccinations - While proof of vaccination is not currently required for most events at BMO Field (including TFC and Argos games) specific events may have event specific vaccination requirements and any such requirements will be specified on the event details. 

The preferred entry gate will be listed on your ticket, however, fans should enter through the shortest line at any gate.
